creative ideas - How To Be Inspired To Generate Extraordinary Ideas

How do we generate ideas? The means is classified into two; the ordinary process and the extraordinary process. If you are going to get new ideas, it is essential that you eradicate negative thinking from your mind. You will not be able to produce creative ideas if you think negatively. All of the body functions, including the brain, are controlled by words.

Scientists discovered several years ago that the nerves at the speech centre of the brain control the nerves that control all the other parts of the body. So when a word is spoken, the whole body responds accordingly. Negative speech and negative thinking are major reasons why some people will not receive the ideas that will launch them into breakthrough because their mind cannot nurture creative ideas.

Sometimes we do not attempt great things for lack of money. If only we knew that it is the quality of ideas that flow through out mind that matters. Ideas magnetize resources. We must never say that things are impossible. The great French General, Napoleon once declared "The word ?impossible' can only be found in the dictionary of fools".

In reality, nothing is impossible, impossibility only exists In the mind. I will recommend the following steps for receiving ideas. Natural Process: Identify a need: Find a need and fill it. The problem with the average person is that our inner eyes are closed. One man's problem is another man's opportunity. Some people only see the problem and never see the opportunity. For example, people need to wear clothes, make the clothes.

We love to sing and dance; that creates the need for music and musical instrument. We need to get ideas to meet the variety of needs around us. We have need with respect to housing, transportation, communication, recreation, feeding, information and many more.

Simplify an existing process or products: For example, cables have been used for telephone but now we do not need cables. Someone got the idea for a wireless phone system. Wires have been used to send signals from security cameras to the monitors, but now there are wireless cameras. Create a need: Before, man used only water to entertain visitors but now we use soft drinks. Exposure: Reading, traveling and asking questions helps to arrange and re-arrange thoughts in our mind.

Supernatural Process: All the methods in the ordinary process use the five senses. But with respect to extraordinary process, we receive information from the invisible realm. The greatest ideas that man will ever know are the ones coming from the invisible realm.

We must cultivate our minds and faculties to be able to receive from that realm. Some have called it the sixth sense. Some called it intuition. In the church it is called the voice of the spirit. It is the ability to receive what the five senses cannot know.

One man?s problem is another man?s opportunity. Find the need and fill it. Read books, travel and ask questions. Take a bold step and click on this link: http://6da6e9fllw3e6o7ryewso0fcvh.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=VH5ZXTS6 and you?ll find one of such extraordinary and timeless books ever known to man

The weight of a heavy limb passing through the roof and into the home obviously can cause more serious damage and need repair .? During a storm often the plan itself causing damage to the home is not the only unfortunate result of storm damage and a tree strike.? Thunderstorms bringing rain that will enter the home to through damaged areas of the roof causing water damage within the home.? Remember the 2006 storm, the Gale force winds almost hearing tornado speed cause the roof damage to many homes in White Lake houses.? The lakes area was affected by that storm from Wixom, to Highland, MI.? In the inland lakes area of southeast Michigan such as Livonia or Waterford, the small bodies of water often prevent full tornadoes from forming while the do foster strong winds which themselves on very windy days can cause siding, roofing material, gutter damage.? US Airways jet makes unscheduled landing after passenger acts suspicious

Flight attendants heard a woman claiming to have something implanted in her skin, and the flight - bound for North Carolina from Paris - landed in Maine.

A US Airways jet traveling from Paris to North Carolina was diverted to Maine on Tuesday after a French passenger handed a note to a flight attendant mentioning that she had a surgically implanted device, raising fears of a terror scenario that security officials had warned about.

There is no evidence the plane was ever in danger, officials said. An examination by two doctors aboard the plane found that the passenger, a French citizen born in Cameroon, had no scars or incisions, said U.S. Sen. Susan Collins of Maine, who was briefed by Transportation Security Administration chief John Pistole.

The FBI and Homeland Security Department warned airlines last summer that terrorists are considering surgically hiding bombs inside humans to evade airport security.

"We have seen intelligence identifying surgically implanted bombs as a threat to air travel," said Collins, the ranking Republican on the Homeland Security Committee.

Two F-15 fighters scrambled to escort Flight 787 with 179 passengers and nine crew members to Bangor International Airport, where it landed shortly after noon.

The Boeing 767 was about 40 minutes away from Bangor when local officials were alerted. After landing, it taxied to a remote part of the airport where law enforcement officials removed the passenger, said Tony Caruso, acting airport manager.

Passengers were advised to keep their shades down during a movie, so they didn't realize fighter jets had been dispatched to intercept the flight, said Stuart Frankel of Baltimore. Also, there were a couple of calls on the overhead speakers for doctors, but that didn't seem especially unusual either, he said.

Eventually, the pilot advised that the jet needed to land for fuel in Maine.

"We saw lots of police and federal customs people take a woman off the plane in handcuffs," Frankel said. "People were amazed at what was going on. We didn't know what was happening until we landed."

Several passengers said they'd noticed that particular passenger because of her slight stature and big eyelashes. They said she attracted attention by walking up and down the aisle throughout the flight.

William Milam from Richmond, Va., said he'd spoken French with the woman and helped her get her luggage into an overhead bin.

After the woman was removed from the flight, passengers were informed that they'd have to leave while the jet was checked for explosives, Milam said. "This is like, 'Wow,'" he said. "I'm thinking drugs. And they're thinking explosives."

The passengers were kept in a secure area before being allowed back onto the jet, which departed 3 1/2 hours later for Charlotte, N.C.

U.S. Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., who was briefed on the matter, said the woman who was detained was traveling alone without any checked baggage and intended to stay in the U.S. for 10 days.

The FBI, which is conducting the investigation, interviewed passengers before the plane departed.

"At this time, there is no evidence that the plane or its passengers were ever in any actual danger," said Greg Comcowich, an FBI spokesman in Boston.

He said the agency wouldn't confirm the status nor release the identity of the passenger who caused the flight to be diverted.

The TSA issued a statement saying the passenger exhibited suspicious behavior that warranted the unscheduled stop.

"Out of an abundance of caution, the flight was diverted to (Bangor) where it was met by law enforcement," said TSA spokesman Sterling Payne.

The Bangor airport is accustomed to dealing with diverted flights.

It's the first large U.S. airport for incoming European flights and the last U.S. airport for outgoing flights, with uncluttered skies and one of the longest runways on the East Coast. Aircraft use the airport when there are mechanical problems, medical emergencies or unruly passengers.

Home to a Maine Air National Guard unit, the airport also serves as a refueling hub for military aircraft transporting personnel and cargo to and from Europe and the Middle East.

Overview of Portable Ice Machines - Have You Seen This: An ...

The development of these type of ice machines has enabled individuals to enjoy the cool freshness provided by an abundant ice supply anytime and anywhere. At present, you see these ice machines practically everywhere. Fishermen bring along portable ice machines during fishing trips to keep their catch fresh. Families enjoying a picnic or simply camping out can bring along a portable ice maker. These ice machines have also become a convenient fixture at garden and outdoor parties.

But just what are portable ice makers? These are compact, self-contained freezing units that can produce ice. Because of their small size, they can sit on your countertop or you can bring them along on trips. All you need to do is to plug it into an electric outlet and your machine will be producing ice in no time. If no power outlet is on hand, a separate attachment will allow you to plug the ice maker in an alternate power source, such as a car battery.

How does it work? There are two types of portable ice machine mechanisms. The most common type utilizes metal rods that freeze the water around it, transforming it into ice. Once the ice is formed, the rod heats up, allowing the ice to melt partially so that it falls into the storage bin. The other type of ice maker uses molds. Water pours into these molds and is frozen into ice cubes. They are then ejected into collection bin. All ice machines can be connected to a water line. But you also have the option of simply filling the receptacle with water using a pitcher or container.

Other features of an ice maker include a thermostat which will allow you to create ice cubes of different sizes. Some come with chopping blades so that you can create nugget ice. It is important to mention that these particular ice maker can be very noisy. Ice makers also have a side panel that will allow you drain out excess water easily.

An average sized-machine can produce 12 to 15 ice cubes every 6 to 8 minutes, with an average daily yield of 30 pounds. These kinds of machines come in stylish finishes, including white, black, bisque stainless steel or titanium. For the more trendy homemakers, you even have portable ice maker in red, pink and other neon colors. The most popular finish among consumers is stainless steel. However, you need to be careful of the exterior because it is vulnerable to scratches.

On average, portable ice machines have a price tag of between $130 and $150, but if you are planning to purchase a higher end brand, the price may go as high as $1500. All portable ice maker come with a warranty. But you might want to consider getting a separate water filter for your machine in order to avail of a free extended warranty.

Verizon Wireless to scrap unlimited plans for 4G users

Verizon Wireless is planning to force customers to give up their unlimited data plans when they move to its high-speed wireless service, a top executive for parent company Verizon Communications Inc said on Wednesday.

For now, Verizon Wireless customers who move to the company's highest-speed fourth generation (4G) network from its older network can still use the company's unlimited wireless data plan for a flat monthly fee.

But that will change after Verizon Wireless launches a new shared data plan offering this summer, according to Chief Financial Officer Fran Shammo.

"As they start to migrate they'll have to come off unlimited and go to the shared data plan," said Shammo who told analysts that he expects the shared plans would boost revenue for Verizon Wireless over time.

Under the new plan, customers will be able to share a monthly data allowance among different devices, unlike current offerings, where they have to sign up for a separate data plan for every device connected to the wireless operator's network.

But because their data use will be metered under the new plans, customers monthly fees will increase as they increase their usage.

Shammo said he also expects the new offering to encourage customers to connect more of their devices to its network. As a result, he expects them to have to sign up for higher-tier data services that come with higher fees.

"We're fairly confident we'll start to see people uptick in the tiers, which is where we'll see the revenue accretion." Shammo said in a webcast of an investor conference.

The company declined to comment on when exactly it expects the policy changes to take place.

Once the shared plans are available, Shammo said he would change how he reports wireless revenue. Instead of reporting average revenue per user, Shammo said the company would start reporting average revenue per account.

One area where carriers like Verizon have been missing out is tablet computers as consumers have been hesitant to pay the extra cost of connecting their tablet to the cellular network. But Shammo said this may change with shared data plans.

Another sticking point is that operators like Verizon do not subsidize tablet computers. Shammo said this would not change any time soon.

"We're holding pretty strong with the model of no subsidies on these devices," the executive said.

The high price of devices such as the Apple iPhone have hurt operator margins as Verizon and its rivals pay hefty subsidies for the device so it can offer the phones at a discount to customers who sign a two-year contract.

But Shammo said he is looking closely at moves by European operators to back off on subsidizing smartphones.

"I think the industry is going to look hard at these types of models going forward," he said.

Verizon Wireless is a venture of Verizon Communications and Vodafone Group Plc.

Have You Thought About a VA Loan? | Business and Finance Blog

Purchasing a home is a big decision. There are many factors at play when you?re looking to own your own home. Many individuals fear that the investment of owning a home may not be worth it because of the declining prices. The reality is that owning a home can be a great idea?especially when prices are as low as they are. When you?re looking to own your own home, consider these ideas:

?

VA Loan

If you are a veteran, or serve in the military, have you considered a Utah VA loan? A Utah VA loan may help you get a lower interest rate. Why pay more for your home? The current economic state of the nation is already difficult. You should not have to be paying more for your home. Someone who has served the country deserves to have the best deal possible when making perhaps the largest purchase of their life.

Unlike other loans, many VA loans require no proof of employment or earnings. Look for a Utah VA loan company that is willing and ready to help you every step of the way.

?

Inspection

There is virtually no price you can place on a quality home inspection. Imagine moving into the home you fell in love with and discovering its secrets. Plumbing problems, for example, can be costly and uncomfortable. Having to replace a collapsed pipe underground could cost thousands of dollars. Leaks in the roof or other pipes could have you digging out of your pockets. If there happens to be a problem with the foundation of the home, you may find yourself in a lot of trouble. In some parts of the country, termites can be a severe problem. In short, there are countless things that could go wrong with a house. Having an inspection is critical.

?

School System

If you are a parent, it is of utmost importance that you survey the area for good schools. If your home resides in a not-so-great school district, you may risk the safety of your children and the quality of their education. Make sure to check the internet and the opinions of those in the area about the school district.

When choosing a new home, there are more considerations to take into account than those listed. If you have served (or are currently serving) in the military, you may want to look into a Utah VA loan. It is always important to get a home inspection. Making sure that the school system is adequate is another critical consideration.

Why a Payday Loan Can be the Best Solution to Ease Short Term ...

Instant payday loans work by lending a small amount of money, typically up to ?1,000, over a repayment period of four weeks, or one calendar month. The idea is that you?re borrowing against the pay check you are about to receive, and will repay the amount in full as soon as you get paid.

Be cautious

Instant payday loans command massive annual interest rates, because you?re not supposed to have them for more than one month. The actual interest you pay, provided you clear the whole loan in one month, is a percentage of the annual interest rate ? and can quickly grow to epic proportions if you roll the loan over into subsequent months.

As such there are very specific sets of circumstances in which instant payday loans are relevant products. If you have an emergency at the end of a month, but have not yet been paid, and (and this is the crucial part) can easily budget the full cost of the emergency out of the coming pay check without getting into difficulty, then the payday loan can be a quick and easy solution.

If, however, the cost of taking a full payment for the loan, plus interest, out of next month?s wages means you?d have to look for more instant payday loans or similar to get through that month, then financing is not for you. In this case you should seek independent financial advice, explore alternative options such as speaking to family and friends and ultimately be prepared to consider personal insolvency.

What are the alternatives

If you own property, that can provide another solution to short term money worries. Some lenders will provide quick homeowner loans today against the value of your property. You must own the property outright, in some cases ? in others, the loan is advanced against the portion of the building you already own (the equity), so you effectively reset your mortgage.

Be aware that if you apply for quick homeowner loans today against part ownership of a property, you?ll be factoring the monthly repayments into your finances in addition to your mortgage. Whereas, if you have already paid off your mortgage, your homeowner loan become a monthly payment figure with no competition from similar outgoings.

The homeowner loan is advantageous in more circumstances than instant payday loans. Getting quick homeowner loans today means potentially taking your pick of some competitive interest rates, set by companies who want to attract secure borrowers to their products. You can also borrow a lot more through a homeowner loan ? up to the full current value of the home that you own.

Something to remember: You should of course be aware that if you?ve paid off a mortgage and then take out a homeowner loan, this must be paid back in full before you die or the property may be taken over by the lender ? so you will have no physical estate to bequeath any dependents and survivors.

As with all financial products, it?s important to know what you?re getting into. Do your research and take independent advice before you sign anything.

Seeking logic in North Korea's mass spectacles

PYONGYANG, North Korea (AP) ? From across the city, they are summoned to pay reverence.

So on a chilly April evening, tens of thousands of people come to honor their new ruler, as towering statues of his father and grandfather are unveiled on a Pyongyang hilltop. The crowds bow before the statues in practiced unison and shake bright, fake flowers in choreographed praise. Some weep with joy to be in the presence of the baby-faced Kim Jong Un, who is now their Illustrious General, their Leader, their Supreme Commander.

For years, this is how the world has seen the people of this secretive nation: as Stalinist automatons in meticulously staged mass spectacles that glorify one-family rule. And there's plenty of truth in that.

But look closer.

Go downtown on that April evening and mingle among the thousands of people walking to their trolley stops after the ceremony, when the streets are closed to traffic and crowds fill the night with laughter. Most have spent the entire day squatting in a hilltop plaza the size of a small cornfield, waiting to stand on cue and wave their flowers for a few minutes in well-practiced devotion. They should be exhausted.

Instead, young women walk arm in arm, young men eyeing them from nearby. Older women laugh as they swish along in the traditional Korean dresses modernized here into polyester hoop skirts. Across the street from Department Store No. 1, hundreds of people crowd sidewalk stalls to buy 1-cent servings of spring water ("Good for your health!" a saleswoman promises), served in metal cups that are rinsed in buckets and quickly used again.

In many ways, it's a vision of 1950s small-town America. Most men wear hats and ties, few women show even a hint of cleavage. There are no teenagers with mysterious piercings, no fights, no obvious drunks.

This is the complex reality of the spectacles, which exist at a particularly North Korean intersection of dogma, tedium and entertainment. They are blatant propaganda in support of the ruling family, but also a chance to look around for girlfriends. They are a source of widespread pride in a country best known for its isolation, but require dull practice sessions that can stretch on for days.

And in a place with little to offer in the way of nightlife, they even count as fun.

Movie theaters close early here, along with the bars. North Korean television broadcasts little but odes to the ruling family. Few people can afford the city's restaurants. Private parties are discouraged by the authorities, who frown on gatherings they do not control.

That leaves the rallies.

"On days when rallies are held, people who participate can get together and talk over drinks after the event is over," says Kim Seong-min, 26, a university student now living in South Korea. "Rallies are chances to get together and feel the warmth of the community."

The ceremonies, like nearly all life in North Korea, revolve around the three men who have ruled the country since its birth in 1948: The founder Kim Il Sung, his son Kim Jong Il and now his grandson Kim Jong Un.

Toddlers learn songs proclaiming their love of Kim Il Sung. Official accounts say Kim Jong Il could control the weather, and that broken machinery would spontaneously function at his touch. The state media proclaims Kim Jong Un, who came to power late last year after his father's death and is believed to be in his late 20s, a living reflection of his two predecessors.

In the official tales, the Kims are kind and they are brilliant, they are strong and they are all-knowing.

The government, of course, is also deeply feared, with vast interlocking webs of intelligence agencies, informer networks and prison camps. Plenty of North Koreans proclaim their belief out of that fear, according to people who have managed to flee the country. Others pay fealty out of professional ambition.

But many people genuinely believe the propaganda; it is so all-encompassing that in many ways it would be hard not to. That makes the rallies as close to religious services as most North Koreans have ever seen.

"We, all the people, cried together while listening to the speech of the Respected General," says Paek Kum Hui, a schoolteacher who was part of an immense April 15 military parade where Kim Jong Un gave his first public address.

"The tears we shed were more than those of joy," says Paek, her voice starting to break. She says they also reflect her pride in the new leader, and in North Korea as "really in the center of the world."

Even people who have fled North Korea say the spectacles can be transcendent experiences. Many say they believed the propaganda when they lived there, and that others did too.

Cho Bong-il, 60, who left for South Korea in 1998 and detests the regime he left behind, says he would sometimes feel emotional during the rallies: "I even had goose bumps."

For centuries, rulers have used choreographed spectacles to help them maintain control, mixing the appearance of absolute public unity with an underlying threat of what happens to anyone who goes against the grain.

Mass rallies were a part of life in ancient Rome, in 1930s Berlin and in the former Soviet Union, which helped install Kim Il Sung in power after World War II.

But in Pyongyang, spectacles have become science.

Two decades after the Soviet Union's fall, rallies that Stalin would recognize occur regularly in the North Korean capital, home to the country's political, military and bureaucratic elite. Members of that elite know that attendance at the rallies, and the practice sessions ahead of time, are a part of living here.

So they learn the rules early ? from how to dress (conservatively) to where to stand (look for the numbers painted on many large plazas).

They participate in mass political rallies, mass military parades and mass outdoor dances, with thousands of synchronized couples swinging their partners in honor of the 100th anniversary of Kim Il Sung's birth.

"When we as outsiders look at these productions, we only look at the final product: these machine-like events that look very eerie," says Suk-young Kim, a professor at the University of California at Santa Barbara who has studied the spectacles. "But imagine you're coordinating every breath you take with 100,000 people: It brings people together. It eliminates individual will. It has tremendous efficacy in running society."

Not that it can't get tiresome.

"Most people I knew in Pyongyang complained all the time about how there are rallies all the time and they are sick of them," says Kim, the student in Seoul. "We did it because we had to. If they told us to shout 'Hurrah!' we did ... If they told us to shout anti-American slogans, we did it no matter how many times they told us to."

Watching the rallies can be bewildering for outsiders. They are dazzling displays of unity, as thousands of people move in such synchronization that it doesn't seem possible. They can be breathtaking, and at times even beautiful.

Then there is the astonishing patience of those involved.

No one goes to the bathroom during these gatherings, or fidgets or visibly yawns. When a young woman had to sit down at a recent Friday afternoon political rally, apparently overcome with illness, she knew to do it discreetly. The people around her closed in so she could not be easily spotted by the security men prowling the edges of the crowd.

By the standards of Pyongyang, that rally was fairly mundane, basically a series of speeches to denounce the South Korean government with tens of thousands of people brought in to listen. The crowds knew from years of practice to stand at attention as officials spoke. They knew when to applaud, when to thrust their fists into the air, when to call out insults against South Korea. It was over in less than an hour.

All during the rally, though, no matter the moment, the facial expressions remained unchanged.

That was no surprise to Kim Seong-min, the former Pyongyang resident. He taught himself early how to participate in rallies while barely paying attention. "My mind just went blank," he said.

Because in North Korea, sometimes it is easier to be a robot.

Facebook testing 'highlight' feature, lets users pay $2 to promote their status updates

Facebook testing 'highlight' feature, lets users pay $2 to promote their status updates

Finding ways to throw money at Mark Zuckerberg is notoriously difficult, but a new 'highlight' feature could be just the trick. Currently being tested with a small population of users, it allows an ordinary member to pay $2 to ensure that their latest status update crops up in more of their friends' news streams. Ordinarily, the degree to which a status update is streamed depends on the number of likes or comments it has, which ensures that users generally only see the juiciest gossip, but paying this little premium would cause Facebook's algorithms to distort that in your favor. In other words, it's money replacing popularity, or simply -- sigh -- life.

Nokia 808 PureView heads to Mexico, sends high-resolution postcards

Nokia 808 PureView heads to Mexico, sends high-resolution postcards

Hold off on that Aeroflot booking just for now. While this isn't the US release many will be anticipating, it looks like Nokia's big-eyed 808 PureView phone is getting a release a little closer to home. Those of you wanting to sample some of that 41-megapixel delight, now need only plan a trip south of the border, as Mexico is set to start selling the handset sometime this month. Much like its Russian and Indian debut, specifics on dates are sparse, with the Spanish version of the Nokia blog only going as far to say "some weeks later" (than the India / Russia release) qualifying that, however, as "this month". At least if you do venture down you can bank on some killer holiday pics.

Verizon getting a blue Motorola Droid RAZR on May 18?

Motorola Droid RAZR Blue

We've seen the Motorola Droid RAZR in white, black and purple. Now it looks like Verizon's got a blue version joining the ranks as well. According to the inventory screens we've received, it's slated for release on May 18. It's the same as Droid RAZR we first reviewed back in November -- and that means it's also running Gingerbread, we're told. And we also can't help but notice that this shade of blue isn't unlike what Nokia has on the Lumia 900. Coincidence?

No word on pricing yet (or if there's a blue MAXX version on the way), and remember that none of this is official until Verizon says it is. So stay tuned.

Thanks, anon!
